Yoga Classes

Jacquelyn’s passion for yoga started during graduate school while studying to become a mental health therapist.  She realized how therapeutic yoga was and has used yoga as a tool to connect deeper to her self emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. She leads students through thought provoking, nurturing and informative yoga classes sharing knowledge and insight she has gained.  Jacquelyn completed her 200-hour training through Kindness Yoga and successfully completed the Kindness Mentoring program under the guidance of Lindsay Gonzales. In addition to trainings at Kindness, Jacquelyn received her certification to teach Children’s Yoga through Radiant Beginnings.
